Ozark Diner

Ozark Diner offers dishes inspired by food from the American South. It may be a long and winding drive from the city proper, but the food is definitely worth it. Ozark Diner’s main dishes come with either one or two free side dishes of your choice, and the Ozark Iced Tea is divine. I think I may go there just for the iced tea.

My favorites also include the Hickory Smoked Chicken, the Pulled Pork Plate, and the Pork Chop with a side of Dirty Rice and Mashed Potato & Gravy.

We were surprised at how juicy the chicken was. Every morsel was packed with flavor. It’s like Christmas in your mouth. It was so delicious, we ordered another one to share even though we were full.

My dad is a picky eater, but he enjoyed the pork chop meal a lot. To clarify, their Dirty Rice dish is rice sautéed with onion, celery, and chicken liver. Doesn’t that sound delicious?

Ozark Diner’s Pulled Pork Plate had a bit of a kick, but it was good. We got one order with sides of Greens and Biscuits. I also had this dish, but with a Side Salad and Mac & Cheese.

A friend recommended Ozark Diner to me. I, in turn, will recommend it to you. If you can’t decide what to order, try their Hickory Smoked Chicken and Ozark Iced Tea. You won’t be disappointed. I hope you get to check out Ozark Diner one of these days and I hope to eat there again sometime soon.
